Lauren Yee, known as the Cultivator of Curiosity, is the creator of "The Grown Up-School of Your Dreams" - a program that helps people "adult like a kid" while getting stuff done. She is a process-driven problem solver who believes that curiosity, consistency, and connections are the greatest drivers of great things. She is also an extroverted Hufflepuff who loves puzzles, pizza, and fun questions. Lauren has a compelling story of having to grow up fast and navigate massive uncertainty and how that shaped who she is today. 

 

She studied Design & Psychology, has been managing people, projects, and clients in various industries (such as education, construction, sales, and design) since 2005, and previously helped build and grow the largest LEGO-inspired learning through play company in the United States. She has presented at BambooHR's HR virtual Summit, been featured in Shondaland, and worked with the Golden State Warriors, Google, City of Albany, University of Michigan, Southwest Airlines, National At-Home Dad Network, and Workday, helping them to build community, establish inclusivity, and create psychologically safe work environments where staff can thrive. Her focus is facilitating and providing Playful Personal & Professional Development, helping people and teams learn through play, connect using curiosity, and generally better themselves by “adulting like a kid.”
